The Wolf Tooth 2 Degree GeoShift Performance Angle Headset allows you to adjust your bike’s head tube angle by 2 degrees. You can set it to -2 degrees for a slacker geometry that improves stability on fast descents, or flip it to +2 degrees for a steeper geometry that provides quicker steering and better front wheel traction.

Unlike traditional angle headsets with flat-lying bearings, this headset features angled bearings aligned with the steerer tube, reducing friction, stress, and common creaking noises. It is made from lightweight, durable 6061 aluminum and includes Enduro black oxide coated chromium steel bearings, custom sealing to protect against the elements, and a one-year warranty.

Compatibility:

– Designed for frames with EC and ZS press fit headset cups

– Not compatible with IS (integrated style) headsets

– Upper headset includes a star nut for steel or aluminum steerer tubes; a separate compression plug is required for carbon steerer tubes (not included)

Upper assembly features:

– Ultralight stem cap with integrated spacer, aluminum bolt, and star nut

– O-ring and custom-molded upper lip seals to prevent water intrusion

Lower assembly features:

– Custom-molded dual-lip seal on the crown race for protection in harsh conditions

The headset comes with installation drifts/guides, upper and lower cups, bearings, crown race, star nut, three shims, and a stem cap with a 5mm integrated spacer and bolt.

Weight examples:

– ZS44/28.6 Upper, ZS56/40 Lower: 92g

– ZS44/28.6 Upper, EC49/40 Lower: 107g

Made in the USA. Use the Wolf Tooth crown race adapter to protect the crown race seals during installation. Follow the recommended 2-3 Nm torque spec for stem cap bolts with light grease on the threads.
