The 45NRTH Levitas 84W Rim is a 26-inch carbon rim designed specifically for fat bike tires. It features an 84mm internal width optimized to support 4-5 inch wide tires, creating a broad tire profile that enhances flotation, traction, and control in demanding winter conditions. The rim is built with reinforced walls for strength and impact resistance, while a narrower spoke bed helps reduce weight. It has a 32-hole drill pattern for strong wheel builds and is tubeless ready.
This rim is compatible with disc brakes only and uses Presta valves with a recommended length of 65mm or longer. It is designed to work with a single layer of 30mm rim tape. The rim meets ASTM Category 3 testing standards and supports a maximum rider weight of 300 lbs. Maximum tire inflation pressure is 30 psi. The rim has a matte carbon finish and weighs 680 grams.
