Description
The Bombtrack HOOK EXT C APEX AXS is a road bicycle with a 700C wheel size, presented in a metallic red and black color scheme. It features a 4130 double butted chromoly frame with thru-axle, rack and fender mounts, Boost spacing, and is compatible with a stealth dropper post. The bottom bracket shell measures 73 mm and uses a BSA standard.
The bike comes equipped with a full carbon Seido Taza fork, with thru-axle and tapered steerer tube, triple cage mounts, and internal routing for hub dynamo cables. The handlebar is a 710 mm Jones H-Bar Loop with 31.8 mm diameter.
It includes Magura Trail Sport hydraulic brakes-4 piston at the front and 2 piston at the rear-and a Sram GX-Eagle 12-speed shifter. The drivetrain consists of a Sram Descendant aluminum crankset with Boost DUB, a Sram XG-1275 Eagle 12-speed cassette (10-52T), and a Sram GX Eagle long cage clutch derailleur.
The wheels are built with Bombtrack Grad Boost sealed hubs featuring an XD driver and 6-bolt disc mounts. The rims are WTB ST i40/i45 double wall with TCS 2.0 tubeless-ready technology and 32 spokes. The tires are WTB Ranger TCS Tough / Fast Rolling, sized 29″ x 3.0″, and tubeless ready. The frame size for this model is large (L).
