Description
The Boyd 36 Road Disc SL is a 700c rear wheel designed for road and all-road use. It features a 36mm deep carbon rim with a 29mm outer width and 24mm inner width, optimized for tubeless tires between 28mm and 38mm. The rim comes tubeless-ready with rim tape and valves installed.
This wheel includes a Center Lock Grade 54 hub with a 54-tooth ratchet and 6.6-degree engagement, equipped with Enduro ABEC-5 LLB/LLU bearings. It has 24 Pillar Wing 20 spokes paired with double square alloy nipples. The rear axle spacing measures 12×142.
Freehub bodies compatible with Shimano Hyperglide, Shimano Microspline, SRAM XDR, Campagnolo, and Campy N3W are available separately. The wheel supports rider weights up to 275 lbs and has a total weight of 615 grams. It comes in black with a hooked rim profile and is designed for center lock disc brakes.
