Description
The Chris King Boost Rear Hub is a precision mountain bike component designed for the 12 x 148mm Boost axle standard. It features a one-piece solid 12mm thru-axle and a SRAM XD cassette body. The hub comes in matte black with 28 spoke holes and uses canted flanges for stronger wheel builds. It is compatible with 6-bolt disc brakes and includes sealed cartridge bearings with heavy-duty seals to protect against mud, water, and contaminants. The patented RingDrive system offers 72 points of contact for reliable engagement. This hub is serviceable using a T10 Torx tool and a pick or pen knife. It is engineered, manufactured, and assembled in Portland, Oregon, and is backed by the King Lifetime Warranty. Please note the skewer is not included.
