The Continental Trinotal Tire is a 29 x 2.40 mountain bike tire designed for hard and light mixed soils, whether dry or damp. It replaces the popular Cross King tire and is suited for cross-country and down-country riding and racing. The Rapid compound offers fast acceleration and speed on flats and inclines, inspired by Continental’s road, race, and gravel tire technology. The Race Casing provides a lightweight and fast construction, making it ideal for modern cross-country use.
This tire features Continental’s E25 e-bike rating, which includes a high-quality structure with puncture protection to withstand the extra force from e-bike motors. The tubeless-ready, hookless compatible design allows for lower air pressure, enhancing comfort and reducing the risk of punctures.
Additional details include flat protection on both the tread and sidewall, a 330 TPI casing, folding bead, and a recommended maximum pressure of 50 PSI. The tire color is black with transparent (tan) sidewalls. It measures ISO 60 mm wide with an ISO diameter of 622 mm (29 inches).
