The Continental Xynotal tire is a 29 x 2.40 tubeless, folding tire designed for mountain and e-bike use. It features a soft compound that balances grip and rolling resistance, making it suitable for gravity-focused riding on hardpack and rocky surfaces. The tire offers low rolling resistance and enhanced traction and braking through its contact edges. Its downhill casing provides a durable, reinforced carcass that is both supple and resistant to damage. Rated E25 for e-bikes, the tire includes puncture protection to withstand the increased forces from electric assist. With flat protection on both tread and sidewall, a 660 TPI construction, and a weight of 1290 grams, this tire combines robust performance with a lightweight and versatile design. It is black in color, has an ISO width of 60 mm, and an ISO diameter of 622 mm (29″). The recommended maximum tire pressure is 50 PSI.
