Description
The Crankbrothers Mallet DH Pedals – Loic Bruni Edition are dual-sided pedals designed for downhill riding and racing. They feature a concave platform with a 4-sided entry that helps shed mud. Each side has 8 adjustable pins and a ribbed body to improve traction when not clipped in. The pedals have chamfered leading edges to reduce rock strikes.
This edition includes an anodized aluminum body, springs, and pins in a metallic bronze color chosen by Loic Bruni. Premium internals include an outboard Enduro cartridge bearing, an inboard igus II glide bearing, and a double seal system. The spindle is made of Chromoly steel, while the wings are cast steel.
The pedals come with brass cleats and plastic shims and feature integrated traction pad technology to enhance the connection between cleat, shoe tread, and pedal body. With a wide 57mm Q-factor, they offer stability at speed. The spindle size is 9/16″. These pedals carry a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty.
