Description
The DT Swiss ARC 1400 Wide Dicut 80 WTS front wheel is designed for 700C tubeless setups with an inner rim width of 20mm and an ISO diameter of 622. It features a 100x12mm thru-axle and 24 DT Aero Comp spokes on a double-wall black rim. The wheel uses the ARC1400 rim model paired with the 240 Dicut Aero hub, optimized for aerodynamic performance with a 62mm tall profile.
This wheel is part of a system developed alongside Continental, designed to be aerodynamically efficient when paired with Continental’s Aero 111 front tire. The Aero 111 tire includes 48 vortex generators that reduce drag, Continental’s Black Chili compound for improved grip, and Vectran puncture-resistant technology. It is available with a 26mm front tire, while the GP 5000 STR 28mm is recommended for the rear (front and rear sold separately).
The ARC 1400 series offers enhanced aerodynamics through its wider rim and redesigned shape, which improves airflow between tire and rim to reduce drag and increase speed. The 240 Dicut Aero hub and the DT Aero Comp spokes contribute to the wheel’s overall aerodynamic efficiency.
