Description
The DT Swiss EX 1700 Classic 30 Rear Wheel is a 29″ tubeless-ready wheel designed for aggressive riding. It features an asymmetric aluminum rim with a 30mm internal width and a welded joint for strength and even spoke tension. The rim comes with pre-installed 32mm tubeless tape and a black alloy tubeless valve (18-25mm).
This rear wheel uses a 12 x 148mm thru-axle and has a SRAM XD cassette body. It is equipped with reliable DT 350 hubs that require low maintenance and can be adjusted without tools. The hub includes Ratchet DEG DF technology, offering a high-engagement 72-point driver with an anti-pedal kickback system to enhance pedaling efficiency.
The wheel is built with 32 DT competition race spokes that have a thin middle section for stiffness and durability. Spokes are hand-laced using flat hex aluminum nipples to prevent tape damage and increase longevity. The hub and brake compatibility includes a 6-bolt disc brake system. The wheel weighs 1115g and is suitable for e-bikes. The color is black.
