Description
The DT Swiss EX 1700 Classic 30 Rear Wheel is designed for 29″ bikes with a 12 x 148mm rear axle and features a Center-Lock disc hub compatible with SRAM XD cassettes. It has an asymmetric 30mm internal width aluminum rim with a welded joint for strength and even spoke tension. The wheel is tubeless ready, with 32mm tubeless tape pre-installed and comes with a black alloy Presta valve (18-25mm).
The wheel uses the reliable DT 350 hub with Ratchet DEG DF technology, providing a 72-point engagement and a tunable anti-pedal kickback system to improve pedaling efficiency. The hub is low maintenance and adjustable without tools. The rim is laced by hand with 32 DT Competition race spokes featuring a thin middle section for stiffness and durability, secured with flat hex aluminum nipples to prevent tape damage and enhance durability.
This rear wheel is designed for e-bike use and comes finished in black.
