Description
The DT Swiss XM 431 Tubeless Ready 27.5″ Disc Rim is designed for enduro and all-mountain riding. Built from durable welded aluminum, it features a 30mm internal width that improves tire stability, grip, and control with modern wide tires. The asymmetric rim profile balances spoke tension for a stronger, more durable wheel, while wider rim flanges increase resistance to impacts on rough terrain.
This rim uses DT Swiss’ patented Pro Head Reinforcement (PHR) system, which balances the load transferred to the rim through a ball and socket interface requiring unique washers and Squorx nipples. The rim comes complete with Squorx nipples, washers, and three decal kits in gold, chrome, and black.
Its tubeless-ready hooked design ensures reliable tire retention and allows for lower-pressure performance. The rim is compatible with disc brakes only, fits 27.5″ (650b) wheels, and has 28 spoke holes. It supports Presta valves and is e-bike compatible.
