The ENVE Composites G SES 4.5 Rear Wheel is designed for gravel riding and racing, offering a balance of aerodynamic performance, responsive handling, and weight savings. It features a 700c full carbon rim with a 55mm depth and 30mm internal width, optimized for tubeless tire reliability through a wide hookless bead design that reduces the risk of pinch flats.
This rear wheel includes a Premium Innerdrive hub with a Shimano Micro Spline cassette body and Center-Lock disc brake compatibility. The hub uses oversized 42mm steel ratchets positioned over the bearings to reduce stress on the axle and ensure reliable engagement. Ratchets are interchangeable (sold separately) to allow customization of ride characteristics. The Straight Pull hub design features equal spoke lengths, an anti-twist spoke system, a lightweight alloy hubshell, stainless steel sealed bearings, and a serviceable axle system.
