Description
The Enviolo Utility CVP is an internally geared rear hub designed to replace previous Heavy Duty and Extreme models. It features the NuVinci planetary transmission, offering stepless and nearly silent shifting that can be done while pedaling, coasting, or stopped. This hub is built to handle high torque from eBikes and is maintenance-free in appearance.
Key features include a 400% gear ratio range and the ability to support up to 120 Nm of motor torque at a maximum gross vehicle weight of 300 kg. It has a 135mm solid axle with a 10×1 metric thread and a 40-tooth spline hub interface. The hub is compatible with a 9-spline freewheel for a threaded lockring, which is sold separately.
The Enviolo Utility has a 32-hole J-bend spoke interface and supports 6-bolt disc brake rotors up to 180mm in size. The hub is black in color and weighs 2450 grams. Freewheel lockring, mounting hardware, sprocket magnet ring, and hub magnet ring for Automatiq are not included and must be purchased separately.
