Description
The Enviolo Utility CVP internally geared hub replaces the previous Heavy Duty and Extreme models, combining their versatility in one unit. It features the NuVinci planetary transmission, offering stepless and nearly silent shifting that can be done while pedaling, coasting, or stopped. Designed to handle high torque typical of eBikes, this hub is visually maintenance-free and built for durability.
Key specifications include a 400% gear ratio range and a maximum motor torque of 120 Nm at a 300 kg gross vehicle weight. The hub uses a 148mm modular axle with an M8 metric thread and a 40-tooth spline interface. It has a 12mm thru-axle design and supports a 32-hole J-Bend spoke configuration. The hub is compatible with 6-bolt disc brake rotors up to 180mm.
Please note that the lock ring, mounting hardware, sprocket magnet ring for Automatiq, and hub magnet ring for Automatiq are sold separately. The hub comes in black and weighs 2450 grams.
