Description
The Full Speed Ahead Metron 30 TL Disc Wheelset Clincher DB 6-Bolt is a hand-built carbon wheelset combining Vision’s reliable craftsmanship with high-performance technology. It features full carbon rims with a 30mm depth, suitable for tubular or tubeless clincher tires. The wheelset is available with Centerlock or ISO 6-bolt rotor mounts.
The front wheel has 21 spokes, and the rear has 24, arranged in a 2:1 lacing pattern with aero bladed straight-pull spokes and ABS locking spoke nipples. It includes six sealed cartridge bearings-two in the front hub and four in the rear-and CNC-machined aluminum P.R.A. hubs. The alloy Shimano 11-speed freehub is included, with an alloy SRAM XDR freehub available separately.
The front hub accommodates quick release (QRx100), Thru-Axle 12x100mm, and Thru-Axle 15x100mm standards (all included). The rear hub fits QRx135 and Thru-Axle 12x142mm (both included). Additional accessories include QR-93 skewers, a spoke protector, and a wheel bag. Tubeless valve and rim tape come with the tubeless-ready clincher models.
The wheelset comes in gray color graphics. Weight is 1,319 grams per pair for the tubular version (without quick release) and 1,396 grams per pair for the tubeless clincher version (without quick release).
