The Hope Pro5 Disc R T-A HG Hub is a rear hub designed for 12x148mm spacing with 24 spoke holes. It features a new zero drag labyrinth seal and an improved ratchet and pawl system with updated springs, reducing drag while increasing durability and load capacity. The hub uses an offset 6-pawl freehub design, with three pawls engaged at any time and an increased point of engagement (POE) of 108, providing a balance of quick engagement, load capacity, low drag, and reliability. It offers a responsive feel on the trail with minimal crank movement. The hub has a 6-bolt, 44mm BCD international standard disc mounting and is compatible with HG 8-11 speed cassettes, but not with HG 11 speed road cassettes. The hub comes in blue, weighs 318 grams, and uses J-bend spokes.
