The Industry Nine Wanderer 29″ Rear Wheel features a 27mm carbon rim designed for durability, comfort, and reliability in bikepacking. Its Convergence Rim Technology enhances vertical compliance, allowing the wheel to better absorb bumps, vibrations, and impacts from rough terrain, improving stability and control. The wheel includes an asymmetric rim shape with a 2mm offset and 6 degrees articulation angle to optimize performance.
This rear wheel has a reinforced nipple bed for improved tire seating and easy inflation. The sinuous profile spoke face aligns the nipple seat with the spoke angle for a more durable build. It is built with 32 Sapim Race spokes and a Hydra 2 hub, which offers a thicker 65% axle, larger 6903 bearings with labyrinth seals, enlarged pawl pockets, a refined drive ring, an extra tooth on each pawl, and a 0.41 engagement angle.
