The KMC X-Flat EPT Waxed Chain is designed for SRAM 12- and 13-speed AXS and Transmission/T-Type drivetrains. Featuring a flat-top profile, this chain is narrower while maintaining high strength and durability. It comes factory pre-waxed with KMC GO WAX for efficient performance and long-lasting durability, eliminating the need for additional waxing. The chain is coated with KMC’s EcoProTeQ (EPT) treatment, offering excellent rust resistance with over 650 hours of salt spray protection and reduced noise. Its Double X Bridge construction enhances shifting precision and speed, while specially chamfered ramps on inner and outer links ensure smooth and quick engagement with chainrings and cassettes. This silver chain has 126 links and uses a single-use master link for connection. It is compatible only with SRAM 12-/13-speed AXS and Transmission/T-Type drivetrains and is not suitable for other 12-/13-speed systems or older SRAM groups.
