Description
The Knog Blinder X 2300 is a front bike light designed for off-road cycling in low-light and no-light conditions. It produces a peak output of 2300 lumens using a 12-LED array with eight spot and four wide-angle optics, creating a focused beam with a 23-degree angle that provides both brightness and peripheral coverage for technical terrain.
The light head and handlebar mount are made from machined 6061 aluminium, and both the light and the external battery pack have an IP67 waterproof rating for use in all weather conditions. The light weighs 125g, while the external 10,000mAh lithium-ion battery pack weighs 210g. The battery mounts to the bike frame using a dedicated bracket that fits bottle cage bosses or velcro straps and charges via USB-C. Charging status is indicated visually, with a yellow flashing light during charging and a green short flash when fully charged.
Riders can switch between six pre-programmed light modes using a handlebar-mounted remote button, allowing mode changes without taking hands off the bars. The remote also features a color-coded LED that shows real-time battery status across four levels.
The light system is compatible with handlebars measuring 31.8mm to 35mm using included shims. It operates within a temperature range of -20 to 50 C (-4 to 122 F) and comes with a two-year warranty. The total weight of the light and battery combined is 335g.
