Description
The bike that started it all—the plus-size movement, that is—redefines the off-road experience. This front suspension model takes the legendary platform a step further with the addition of a suspension fork and a dropper post, providing more traction, more control, and more fun on technical terrain. Whether you are bikepacking through rugged landscapes or shredding local trails, this build is designed to get you over just about anything you point it at.
The heart of the bike is the 100% Surly Chromoly steel frame, featuring a double-butted main triangle and a 44mm headtube. The tubeset uses custom trumpet tubes for greater stiffness and durability, ensuring it can handle the rigors of any adventure. For added longevity, the frame is E.D. coated to provide an internal layer of protection against the elements.
