Description
The Mavic Ksyrium S Disc 700c Rear Wheel features a UST tubeless alloy rim with a solid upper rim bridge, eliminating the need for rim tape. It uses the Mavic Infinity hub platform and comes with stainless steel bladed spokes and brass nipples. This rear wheel is designed for 12×142 thru-axle spacing and is compatible with Shimano Hyperglide, Shimano Microspline, SRAM XDR, Campy, and Campy N3W freehub bodies, which are sold separately.
Included with the wheel are axle adapters to convert the rear to 9×135 spacing. The UST valve is provided but not mounted on the wheel. The Ksyrium S Disc is tubeless-ready and features a wider, stronger, and laterally stiffer rim compared to previous models. The rim has a new bed shape to simplify tire mounting and changes.
This rear wheel has 24 spokes and a 19mm internal rim width with a depth of 22mm. It weighs 920 grams and is designed for 8-11 speed road drivetrains. The wheel is finished in black with matte painted hubs, invisible rim welding, and deep black spokes. It uses a center lock brake mount and is made from aluminum with Maxtal rim technology.
