Description
The Mavic Ksyrium SL 700C RR is a lightweight and durable rear road wheel designed for tubeless compatibility. It features a 700C size with a 622×19 mm rim and 24 double-butted Mavic Aero spokes. The rim uses the patented ISM4D technology, which removes excess material between spoke holes while maintaining thickness where stress is highest, enhancing lateral stiffness and vertical compliance.
The wheel incorporates the Fore technology, creating a solid rim bed that increases stiffness and eliminates the need for rim tape, saving approximately 30 grams per wheel. The new Infinity hub platform includes a stiff axle, durable bearings, and a redesigned hub for improved wheel stability. It has a thru-axle design of 12×142 mm.
The UST Road design improves efficiency and grip while reducing friction and the risk of punctures. Additionally, the new rim bed shape simplifies tire mounting and removal. The hub is black, compatible with XDR gearing, and uses a Presta valve.
