Measuring 27.5″ x 2.50″ with a folding bead, it features a tubeless-ready clincher design. The tire uses MaxxTerra, an updated triple compound that enhances durability while maintaining grip and tread wear. Its EXO casing offers strong protection against sidewall cuts and abrasions without adding significant weight. The tread pattern balances knob height between the Minion DHR II and Shorty, with heavily ramped center knobs to reduce rolling resistance and a small knob between the center and side knobs for smoother cornering. This tire provides predictable traction over slippery roots and rocks and is intended primarily for front installation on downhill, enduro, and trail bikes. It has a 60 TPI casing, weighs 1086 grams, and comes in black.
