Description
This bundle includes two Maxxis Dissector II mountain bike tires, each sized 27.5″ x 2.40″. They feature folding beads and are tubeless ready. The tires use MaxxTerra compound and incorporate EXO+ technology for enhanced durability and protection.
The redesigned side knobs have a larger footprint with reworked sipes for improved grip. The center tread maintains a 2-3-2 layout, with the central “3” split into individual knobs to boost braking traction. Transition knobs are positioned outward to provide a smoother lean when cornering.
These tires are suitable for use as a front tire, rear tire, or paired together on trail bikes, depending on trail conditions. On long travel bikes (150mm+), they perform well as fast rear tires in dry conditions. They are ideal for dry, hardpack, rocky, and rooty terrain.
