Description
This bundle includes two Maxxis Dissector II mountain bike tires, each sized 29″ x 2.40. These folding, tubeless-ready tires feature the MaxxTerra triple compound for durable grip and excellent tread wear. The EXO casing protects the sidewalls from cuts and abrasions while remaining lightweight and flexible.
The redesigned side knobs provide a larger footprint for improved control, cornering, and braking, especially on hard terrain. The center tread maintains a fast-rolling 2-3-2 layout with split center knobs for better braking and conformity to the terrain. Transition knobs are pushed outward for smoother cornering performance.
With a 60 TPI casing, these black tires are intended for mountain use on dry, hard, rocky terrain. They offer flat protection on both tread and sidewall. The tires are suitable as a front tire on 130-140mm travel trail bikes or a fast rear tire on bikes with 150mm or more travel. They work well when paired with the Forekaster or Rekon tires for a balanced ride.
