The Maxxis High Roller III Mountain Tire is a 27.5″x2.40 folding tire designed for tubeless setups. It features a hybrid tread that combines the soil penetration of a wet-weather mid-spike with the cornering control and traction needed for dry surfaces. The open center tread pattern includes large, well-supported side knobs to handle extreme cornering forces.
This tire uses Maxxis’ 3C MaxxGrip compound, providing excellent grip and slow rebound for superior traction in downhill riding. Its Double Down (DD) construction incorporates two full 120 TPI casing layers reinforced with a butyl insert for enhanced durability.
Rated E25 for e-bike compatibility, the High Roller III is intended for downhill and enduro riding, positioned between the Assegai and Shorty models. It weighs 1225 grams and fits tire widths ranging from 2.30″ to 2.60″. The tire is black with a folding bead and is tubeless ready, designed to offer reliable performance across varied terrain.
