Description
This bundle includes two Maxxis Metropass AT MPro tires, size 29×2.0, designed for tubeless use. These tires feature a black-on-black tread and sidewall with reflective sidewalls for added visibility. They have a mid-height, knobby tread with a rounded profile, providing smooth rolling on asphalt and good grip on hard pack and dirt trails.
Constructed with a 60 TPI casing made from 100% recycled nylon using SEAWASTEXA technology, these tires reduce CO2 emissions by 49% compared to new nylon. They use Maxxis’s 4Season rubber compound, ensuring reliable performance in all weather conditions.
Sidewall protection is enhanced with EXO technology to guard against punctures from abrasions. The MaxxProtect (MXPR) 3mm poly-fiber breaker under the tread adds extra puncture resistance. These tires are rated E50, meaning they are approved for use with E-Bikes traveling up to 50 km/h (31 mph) and comply with the EU ECE-R75 standard. The tires have an ISO 622 bead seat diameter.
