This bundle includes two Maxxis Minion DHR2 mountain bike tires, each sized 29″ x 2.50″. These folding, tubeless-ready tires feature the MaxxTerra triple compound for enhanced durability while maintaining grip, tread wear, and rolling resistance. Designed with a 60 x 2 TPI casing and a downhill (DH) grade construction, they are built to withstand extreme gravity riding conditions.
The DHR2 model uses side knobs inspired by the Minion DHF but widened for extra support, improving cornering performance. The center tread has ramped leading edges to aid acceleration and sipes for smooth lean transitions. Paddle-shaped center knobs enhance traction during climbing and hard braking, helping maintain control. The tires provide flat protection on both tread and sidewall.
Recommended for use on the rear of trail, enduro, and downhill mountain bikes, these tires measure 29″ in diameter with a 2.50″ width, fitting within a 2.30″ to 2.60″ width range. They are black in color, tubeless-ready clinchers with folding beads, and have an ISO diameter of 622 mm. The tires also meet E25 e-bike standards.
