The Maxxis Minion DHX is a 27.5″ x 2.50 mountain tire designed for downhill (DH) riding. It features a folding bead and is tubeless ready. Built with a new DH casing, this tire offers enhanced puncture protection, durability, and compliance for better support on rocky and rough terrain. The 3C MaxxGrip compound provides strong traction with a slow rebound for improved grip in challenging conditions. The tire’s design includes more side knob support and low-depth sipes for surface conformity, delivering smooth and intuitive handling with a stable transition from center to side knobs. Suitable for both front and rear use, it weighs 1,433 grams and has a 120 x 2 TPI dual-ply casing. The Minion DHX is compatible with e-bikes and comes in black.
