Description
The Maxxis Rekon is a 29″ x 2.40 mountain tire designed for intermediate and technical trail riding. It features wide center knobs for controlled braking and L-shaped side knobs that provide support when carving loose turns. Its ramped center knobs offer fast rolling and secure braking, while aggressive side lugs enhance cornering traction.
This folding, tubeless-ready tire uses MaxxTerra compound and EXO casing technology, with a 60 TPI construction and sidewall flat protection for durability. It is intended for loose to medium trail conditions and is suitable for mountain biking, including E25 e-bike use. The tire weighs approximately 842 grams and operates up to 50 PSI.
Available in black with a width range of 2.30 to 2.60 inches.
