The MET Manta Helmet in Hyper Teal Glossy (Medium) combines aerodynamic design with enhanced protection. It features the MIPS-C2 system, which provides 10% additional protection by redirecting harmful rotational forces during impacts. The helmet’s internal shape, NACA vent, and exhaust optimize airflow to improve ventilation without increasing drag, ensuring comfort even at high speeds.
Constructed with an in-mold polycarbonate shell and EPS liner, it includes 15 vents with an internal air channeling system for efficient cooling. The MET Safe-T Orbital Fit System offers a secure and customizable fit through a 360 head belt, plus vertical and occipital adjustments. Air Lite straps with an adjustable divider enhance both comfort and aerodynamics, while the Fidlock magnetic buckle allows quick and easy fastening.
Additional features include sunglasses ports for convenient storage when resting or climbing, and a tube-shaped tail designed to improve aerodynamics. This helmet complies with the U.S. CPSC Safety Standard for Bicycle Helmets for persons aged 5 and older. It is designed for adult use, fits head circumferences between 56 and 58 cm, weighs 300 grams, and suits road and triathlon/time trial cycling styles. The helmet does not include a visor.
