The MET Manta Helmet in Hyper Teal Glossy (Small) combines aerodynamic design with advanced protection features. It includes the MIPS-C2 system, which provides 10% additional protection by managing rotational forces during certain impacts. The helmet’s internal shape, NACA Vent, and exhaust vents optimize airflow to reduce drag while maintaining excellent ventilation through 15 strategically placed vents.
Constructed with an in-mold polycarbonate shell and EPS liner, the helmet offers a secure and comfortable fit using the MET Safe-T Orbital Fit System, featuring a 360 head belt along with vertical and occipital adjustments. Adjustable Air Lite straps with a divider enhance both comfort and aerodynamics. The Fidlock magnetic buckle allows for quick and easy fastening.
Additional features include sunglasses ports for secure storage when not in use and a tube-shaped tail designed to improve aerodynamics. This helmet meets the U.S. CPSC Safety Standard for Bicycle Helmets for persons aged 5 and older. It is designed for road and triathlon/time trial use, fits head circumferences between 52 and 56 cm, and weighs 285 grams. A visor is not included.
