Description
The MET Manta MIPS Road Tri/TT Helmet in Glossy White Holographic is designed with a contemporary look and aerodynamic engineering. It features the MIPS-C2 rotational management system, which helps reduce damaging rotational forces during certain impacts by allowing the helmet to slide. The MIPS Brain Protection System is positioned between the comfort padding and the EPS liner for added safety.
This helmet has an in-mold polycarbonate shell with an EPS liner and includes MET’s Safe-T Orbital Fit System for a secure and comfortable fit. The 360 head belt and vertical and occipital adjustments allow for a customized fit. Air Lite straps with an adjustable divider help maximize aerodynamics and comfort, while the Fidlock magnetic buckle makes fastening quick and easy.
Ventilation is optimized with 15 vents engineered for airflow using an internal channeling system and MET’s signature NACA Vent paired with strategically placed exhaust vents. The helmet also features sunglasses ports for securely docking eyewear during climbs or rests and a tube-shaped tail to enhance aerodynamics.
This small size helmet fits head circumferences between 52 and 56 cm and weighs 285 grams. It complies with the U.S. CPSC Safety Standard for Bicycle Helmets for persons age 5 and older. No visor is included.
