Description
The MET Trenta 3K Carbon Helmet – UAE Team ADQ Limited Edition (Large) is a high-performance road helmet designed for elite cyclists. It features MIPS AIR technology to reduce rotational forces during angled impacts, enhancing safety while keeping the helmet lightweight. The helmet’s aerodynamic tail and scientifically designed air vents use the Venturi effect to maintain consistent airflow, pushing warm air out through exhausts for improved ventilation.
Constructed with an in-mold polycarbonate shell, EPS liner, and embedded 3K Carbon Technology, the helmet offers enhanced protection and durability. Its 3K Airframe internal structure creates a continuous front-to-rear air channel, ensuring effective airflow at various speeds. It includes 24 external vents with optimized internal channeling for cooling and comfort.
This latest model delivers a 40% improvement in linear and rotational impact performance compared to the previous version, earning a Virginia Tech 5-Star safety rating. Ventilation is increased by 16%, confirmed through thermal-cell testing in the MET wind tunnel. The helmet also includes the MET Safe-T Orbital Fit System for a secure, adjustable fit, Air Lite straps, and sunglass ports for convenience.
The MET Trenta 3K Carbon Helmet is designed for adults and comes in a multi-color UAE Team ADQ Limited Edition design. It is a road helmet style and does not include a visor.
