This helmet features an in-mold polycarbonate shell with an EPS liner and incorporates MET’s 3K Carbon Technology, embedding a carbon cage into the liner to enhance shell performance. It includes the MIPS AIR rotational management system for added protection with minimal weight.
The Trenta 3K Carbon offers a refined internal shape for a comfortable and secure fit. It delivers improved safety and ventilation, validated through rigorous testing including a 40% improvement in impact performance and a Virginia Tech 5-star safety rating. Ventilation is increased by 16%, supported by 24 external vents with optimized internal channels.
Certified to comply with the U.S. CPSC Safety Standard for Bicycle Helmets (age 5 and older), this helmet fits head circumferences from 56 to 58 cm. It weighs 285 grams and is suitable for road and triathlon/time trial use. A visor is not included.
