The MET Trenta 3K Carbon Limited Edition Helmet, designed in collaboration with World Champion Tadej Poga ar, features an iridescent black finish that shifts with movement and light. This road and triathlon helmet offers exceptional ventilation, with 24 external vents and optimized internal channels that increase airflow by 16%, tested in MET’s wind tunnel.
Its 3K Carbon Airframe uses a carbon cage embedded in the liner to reinforce the helmet’s structure while enlarging air channels for maximum cooling during intense rides. The helmet provides deeper rear coverage for improved impact protection and includes dual-density EPS foam to reduce energy transfer.
For safety, the helmet incorporates the MIPS Air Node system to manage rotational forces with minimal added weight. It achieves a 5-star Virginia Tech safety rating, reflecting a 40% improvement in impact performance over previous models and complies with the U.S. CPSC Safety Standard for bicycle helmets.
Additional features include an in-mold polycarbonate shell, a refined internal shape for a comfortable and secure fit, and multi-impact protection. The helmet is available in medium size, fits head circumferences from 56 to 58 cm, weighs 285 grams, and does not include a visor.
