Description
The MRP 1x SL Chainguide is designed for single-chainring setups with 28 to 38-tooth chainrings. It mounts to BSA (threaded) bottom bracket shells and requires at least 2.5mm of spacers between the bottom bracket shell and the drive-side bottom bracket cup. The chainguide replaces 2.5mm of spacers on the bottom bracket assembly, with additional spacers or parts possibly needed depending on your bottom bracket and crank model. It works with round chainrings from 28 to 38 teeth and oval chainrings from 26 to 36 teeth. The design offers 7mm of chainline adjustment and fits most chainlines, including non-boost, Boost, and Super Boost standards. The aluminum backplate provides strength while keeping the weight low at 59 grams. The upper guide includes TPU co-molding to reduce chain noise. Installation and adjustments are tool-free and accessible from the front, with a pop-up feature that allows easy chain access for maintenance. The chainguide is black in color and features a composite material in addition to aluminum.
