Description
The Origin8 Bolt Carbon Road Wheelset is a 700C tubeless-compatible set featuring OR8 Bolt Carbon Road 3K rims with a 50mm profile and a 3K braking surface. The rims use T700 UD carbon with high-temperature epoxy resin rated at 255 C. The wheelset includes Origin8 Elite RD-1110 road hubs with an anti-bite Shimano cassette body, 6 pawls, 48 points of engagement, and 7.5 engagement angle. The front hub has 20 holes and the rear hub has 24 holes, both using quick-release axles. Sapim CX-Ray black straight-pull spokes connect the hubs to the rims (20 spokes front, 24 spokes rear). The wheels are ISO-Road certified, assembled in the USA, and suitable for 8- to 11-speed drivetrains. The front wheel weighs 708g and the rear 850g.
