The Panaracer GravelKing ZX+ is a 700x40C folding clincher tire designed for high-speed performance on hard-packed gravel. Its slick center tread minimizes rolling resistance, while the shoulder pattern offers reliable grip during cornering and descending. This tire is suitable for gravel, dirt, and rough pavement rides.
Constructed with TuffTex+ casing, it features a dual layer of bead-to-bead material for enhanced puncture resistance. The BeadLock design fits a wide range of rims, including hookless and clincher types, and the tire can usually be mounted easily with a standard floor pump. Made from the ZSG (Zero Slip Grip) compound, the rubber maintains consistent grip and low rolling resistance across various temperatures.
Additional details include a 120 TPI casing, tubeless-ready clincher design, and black color. The tire weighs 510 grams and has a recommended maximum pressure of 60 PSI. This model is not designed for e-bikes.
