The Panaracer Gravelking ZX Gravel Tire is a 700x40C folding clincher designed for gravel, dirt, and rough pavement riding. It features a three-zone tread pattern that balances speed and confident handling across varied terrain. The tire uses a high thread count TuffTex casing reinforced with bead-to-bead puncture protection, providing durability on both the tread and sidewalls.
The tire incorporates the ZSG (Zero Slip Grip) gravel compound, which offers consistent rubber performance across different temperatures and weather conditions, resulting in lower rolling resistance and improved grip. BeadLock technology allows the tire to fit a wider range of rims, including both hookless and hooked types.
This tubeless-ready tire has a folding aramid bead and a 120 TPI casing, with a recommended pressure of up to 60 PSI. Its color is Black/Brown, and the tire weighs approximately 480 grams. Installation can often be done using a standard floor pump.
