Description
This bundle includes two Pirelli Scorpion Race XC RC mountain tires, sized 29 x 2.4 inches. These folding, tubeless-ready tires feature the Race XC compound and a lightweight Lite version construction with 120 TPI.
Designed for cross-country racing, the Scorpion XC RC tire offers a tread pattern suited to varied terrain, from hardpack to loose conditions. It has a squarer profile and increased volume compared to previous models, enhancing performance on modern XC courses. The tires feature thick, low-profile central knobs for reduced rolling resistance, while higher lateral knobs provide improved cornering control.
The Race Compound delivers excellent grip on wet and dry surfaces, with enhanced tear resistance and puncture protection for reliability during all conditions. The Lite construction reduces weight for maximum speed. These tires are built with multi-ply 120 TPI nylon for lightness and performance, and include tread and sidewall flat protection.
They are tubeless-ready (TLR) for easy mounting and bead stability, with a recommended maximum pressure of 58 PSI. The tires come in black with a yellow label. This set is ideal for mountain biking racers looking for fast-rolling, versatile tires capable of handling demanding race courses.
