The Reserve Wheels Reserve 42/49 Turbulent Aero Wheelset is designed for versatility and all-day performance with aerodynamic efficiency. Developed using Turbulent Aero technology and tested in wind tunnels with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), this wheelset balances aerodynamics and stability. It features optimized carbon fiber rims with precise fiber orientation for stiffness and strength without added weight.
Compatible with 700c tires and tubeless ready, the wheels have a semi-hooked rim design, external nipples, and standard spokes, allowing for tire flexibility and no rider weight limits. The rear wheel uses a 12 x 142mm thru axle with a Shimano HG 11/12-speed cassette body, while the front wheel has a 12 x 100mm thru axle. Center-lock disc brake compatible hubs are built with DT Swiss components. The rims have internal widths of 24.8mm and 25.4mm.
This wheelset comes with a lifetime warranty and a no-fault crash replacement policy. The color is black carbon.
