The Reverse Colab Pro Chain Tensioner replaces the rear derailleur to provide a simple and secure drivetrain. It features a user-adjustable clutch system that lets you fine-tune chain tension for a quieter ride across various terrains. Adjusting the central Allen bolt offers a wide range of tension settings to suit different bikes, suspension types, and riding styles, helping to eliminate chain slap.
The tensioner includes 15mm of chainline adjustability by loosening one bolt, allowing for perfect chain alignment without needing to remove the tensioner. It also has an adjustable limit stopper and a pinch bolt on the mounting bracket, along with higher spring tension, to increase chain retention and keep the tensioner in place when the rear wheel is removed.
Built with CNC aluminum pulleys for durability, the Colab Pro is compatible with 9, 10, and 11-speed chains and cogs ranging from 13 to 17 teeth. Made of aluminum and produced in Germany, this model weighs 207 grams and mounts to the derailleur hanger. It is finished in silver.
