Description
The Ritchey P-29er Frameset in Small features modern XC geometry designed for use with a 100mm travel suspension fork or a 500mm axle-crown rigid fork. It is built from heat-treated, triple-butted Ritchey Logic steel tubing with an ultra-light forged and machined tapered headtube. The frame includes a WCS integrated 1.5a tapered drop-in headset (upper IS42/28.6, lower IS52/40).
This rigid 29″ frameset supports 1x chainrings up to 38 teeth and fits tires up to 29×2.3 inches, with recommended size 29×2.25 inches depending on tire and rim manufacturer. It uses a BOOST 148 x 12mm rear axle with a replaceable stainless steel derailleur hanger. Rear post-mount disc brake mounts accommodate 160mm rotors, with up to 180mm rotor compatibility using separate adapters.
The frameset includes internal routing for a dropper post with a 27.2mm seat tube, and features two bottle cage mounts (note: only one on size Small). Other specifications include a 73mm English bottom bracket, 69 head angle, 74 seat angle, 440mm chainstay length, 564mm effective top tube length, and a 60mm bottom bracket drop. The frame color is Red/White/Blue (Team Edition). Stand over height is 760mm. The fork is not included.
