Description
The Schwalbe Albert tire is a 29 x 2.50-inch tubeless-ready, folding mountain bike tire designed for all conditions and terrains. Built with a small pitch knob pattern and a radial carcass, it provides a larger contact area for improved grip and control. The tire features Schwalbe’s Addix Ultra Soft compound and Gravity Pro radial casing, delivering enhanced flexibility to adapt to uneven surfaces without sacrificing stability.
Rated E50 for e-bike use, this tire is engineered to handle the additional weight and forces associated with electric mountain bikes. Its radial design offers approximately 30% more contact area than conventional tires at the same air pressure, maintaining superior grip even when air pressure increases. The tread pattern, optimized for the radial carcass, includes many lugs for maximum traction and durability, with a closed and rounded profile that excels on hard-packed terrain.
Additional features include flat protection on the tread and sidewall, a 67 TPI casing for durability, and a folding bead for easy installation and portability. Weighing 1330 grams, this tire combines performance and comfort for downhill and mountain biking.
