Description
The Schwalbe Albert Tire is a 29 x 2.60 tubeless, folding mountain bike tire designed for all conditions and terrains. Featuring a small pitch knob pattern and a radial carcass, it provides a larger contact area that improves grip and control, especially on hard-packed terrain. The radial carcass offers about 30% more contact area at the same air pressure compared to conventional tires, with increased flexibility that adapts to uneven surfaces without losing control. This results in enhanced grip, better damping, greater comfort, and increased durability.
This tire is rated E-50, making it suitable to withstand the additional weight and forces of e-bikes. It has flat protection on both tread and sidewall, and its Ultra Soft compound combined with the Gravity Pro radial casing supports a smooth ride. The tread pattern is optimized for the radial carcass with many lugs for maximum grip and a closed, round profile for improved control.
The tire weighs approximately 1350 grams, has a folding bead, and a 2×67 TPI construction. It is tubeless ready and measures 29″ in diameter with a width of 2.60″. The color is black.
