This bundle includes two Schwalbe Albert tires, sized 27.5 x 2.50 inches, designed for mountain and downhill use. These tubeless-ready clincher tires feature a folding bead and come in black with the Evolution Line Trail Pro Radial casing. The tire compound is Addix Soft, providing a comfortable and grippy ride.
The Albert tires are all-condition, all-terrain tires built for grip and control. Their small pitch knob pattern combined with a radial carcass increases the contact area with the ground, enhancing traction. The radial carcass design offers about 30% more contact area at the same air pressure compared to conventional tires, maintaining at least 15% more contact area even with a 50% increase in pressure. This design also allows the tire to flex more adaptably over uneven terrain without losing control.
The tread pattern is optimized for the radial carcass, featuring many lugs for maximum grip and durability. The closed, round profile provides better control, while the special knob pattern maintains continuous grip on hard-packed surfaces. These tires offer improved grip, damping, control, and comfort by conforming more precisely to the ground.
They include flat protection on both tread and sidewalls, have a 67 TPI casing, and weigh approximately 1110-1120 grams each. Rated E50, these tires are designed to withstand the additional weight and forces of e-bikes.
