Description
The Schwalbe Magic Mary Tire is a 27.5 x 2.40 tubeless-ready folding mountain tire designed for trail and downhill riding. It features a soft compound that provides a strong grip, effective damping, and durability, making it suitable for aggressive trail, enduro, and e-MTB use. Its tread and sidewall include flat protection, and the tire weighs 1125 grams. The tread’s intermediate profile combines strong shoulder studs and an open design for maximum braking traction and cornering grip, especially in muddy conditions. V-Grooves on each stud enhance grip by allowing every stud to bite into the ground, while angled knobs in the center improve rolling efficiency. The tire has a 67 TPI casing, measures 62 mm in width, and fits 27.5″ (650b) rims. It is designed with a folding bead and labeled as Standard Trail Soft compound E-50.
