The Schwalbe Magic Mary Tire is a 29 x 2.40 tubeless-ready clincher designed for downhill, enduro, and aggressive mountain biking, including eMTB use. It features a folding bead and is built with a gravity-grade casing for heavy-duty performance, providing maximum stability, puncture resistance, and control on steep, rough trails. The tire uses a soft compound that offers a balance of strong grip, effective damping, and durability suitable for varied conditions. Its tread includes strong shoulder studs and an open design for excellent braking traction and cornering grip, even in muddy terrain. V-Grooves on each stud enhance grip by allowing them to bite into the ground, while angled knobs in the center of the tread improve rolling efficiency. The tire is black, weighs 1455 grams, and has a 2×50 TPI casing with flat protection on both tread and sidewall.
